Mrs Jonu Pradhan
Postdoctoral Research Fellow
School of Biomedical Sciences

Dr Jonu Pradhan completed her PhD (2019) from The University of Queensland where her research focused on the role of neurotrophic factors on hyper-excitable upper motor neurons in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. She continues her research investigating the effect of Kv7 channel modulators on synaptic transmission and M-current in ALS aiming to translate her findings into therapeutic option for the treatment of ALS.
