Diskovery Spinning Disk Confocal Microscope (Dobby)

Diskovery Spinning Disk Confocal capable of high speed imaging, deconvolution, DIC, 2-colour TIRF, and Super Resolution 3D STORM. Specifications include: 5 Laser lines (405nm, 445nm, 488nm, 561nm, 633nm), two cameras (Andor Zyla 4.2 10-tap and Andor iXon888 EMCCD), adjustable pinhole diameters, and fully incubated for live cell imaging. 

Objective Lens include: 10x CFI Plan Apo NA 0.45 WD 4.0mm, 20x CFI Plan Apo VC NA 0.75 WD 1.0mm, 40x CFI Plan Apo Lambda NA 0.95 WD 0.25mm, 40x CFI Apo LWD WI (water) LambdaS NA 1.15 WD 0.61mm, 60x CFI Plan Apo WI (water) NA 1.2 WD 0.31mm, 60x Apo TIRF Oil NA 1.49 WD 0.12mm.
