Nikon Eclipse Inverted Fluorescent Microscope (Hedwig)

Fully Automated Nikon Ti2 Eclipse inverted microscope. Attached with a scanning xy stage, two cameras (colour and fluorescent monochrome), 4 colour fluorescence (DAPI, GFP, Cy3, Alexa640 excitation), and NIS-Elements software.

Use for high speed imaging, z-stacks, multi-colour fluorescence, xy montaging, colour slide scanning and brightfield imaging.

Objectives include: 10x, 20x, 40x air, 60x oil.
