Tecan Spark M20
The Tecan Spark is a flexible microplate reader capable of absorbance, luminescence, fluorescence, fluorescence polarisation and HTRF. It features a brightfield camera for cell imaging and confluence measurements (using Cell Chip), environmental controls for long-term live-cell assays and to maintain cell growth. Additionally, it features a reagent dispenser, a NanoQuant Plate (measures up to 16 samples of nucleic acid or protein), and the microplate Lid Lifter that is compatible with the Humidity Cassette
