Staff at the School of Biomedical Sciences are always seeking innovative ways to improve teaching and learning outcomes and help students develop lifelong skills in the complex scientific domain, internationally. Researchers at SBMS are developing and researching innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning including meta-learning, internationalisation, mobile learning, science communication and thinking skills, and virtual labs and tablets. A number of SBMS staff have received teaching accolades from UQ and externally.
